About this role:
Authsignal is growing fast, and we need a classic outbound hunter in Dallas who loves networking, LinkedIn outreach, calling, and turning cold prospects into opportunities. We are looking for a highly focused sales individual to join our team to contribute to our success in North America.
This is a 75%+ outbound role. You will own the full sales cycle from first call to close, with the majority of your pipeline self-generated through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, and other channels you can leverage. Yes, you’ll get the occasional warm inbound lead to close, but make no mistake – your success depends on your ability to hunt.
This role requires a high level of adaptability and initiative. You’re a self-starter with plenty of resilience. You take every no as one step closer to a yes, and picking up the phone is second nature to you. You’ll be familiar with rapid change and bring a high level of flexibility.
This role will be measured on your ability to grow our business in North America. You’ll be attending local and external events with a moderate level of travel required.

What You'll Do:
- Be our champion for North America, leveraging existing customers and success to increase visibility in the market locally in Texas and across the US.
- Outbound prospecting: On a weekly basis, identify prospects and engage leads to create opportunities.
- Manage a high volume of activity, including calling, prospective via LinkedIn, and meeting with partners and industry leaders to build brand visibility.
- On a monthly basis, manage a quota and achieve realistic targets on a quarterly basis. This will also include being assigned inbound leads from time to time
- Manage and maintain a sales pipeline within our CRM, HubSpot.
- Attend local and international events and trade shows.
- Help build brand visibility for Authsignal in North America through meet-ups and marketing initiatives.
- Become a subject matter expert and evangelist of the Authsignal Platform and develop in-depth knowledge of industry standards, terminology, and use cases.
- Interface with key decision-makers and senior leaders to uncover pain points.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and effectively articulate value.
- Play a key role in shaping our product roadmap by communicating customer requirements to the product and engineering teams.
Who You Are:
- Comfortable having conversations at a senior or C level.
- Confident in working with Mid-market and Enterprise opportunities.
- Existing relationships in the Texas fintech, banking, payments, fraud, or identity ecosystem are a major advantage.”
- Can travel 15-30% for trade shows, conferences, and client meetings.
- Have experience managing 3-12 month sales cycles and are comfortable closing 5 to 6-figure opportunities.
- 2+ years of experience in SaaS sales, business development, and/or strategic partnerships with financial institutions.
- Experience in payments, Cybersecurity, customer identity, and authentication is highly valuable.
- Have a strong understanding of demand generation and lead generation concepts and methods.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
- Highly motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment and make things happen.
- Communication: Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Creativity & Innovation: Generates new and innovative approaches to problems.
- Able to work autonomously and take ownership of the role and responsibilities.
- Able to travel when required.
