Authsignal partners with MessageMedia to provide SMS OTP delivery as part of our authentication platform. When you configure MessageMedia as your SMS provider in Authsignal, your one-time passwords route through MessageMedia's messaging infrastructure. You retain full control over your authentication logic and user experience while MessageMedia handles message delivery and carrier routing.

The integration works seamlessly within Authsignal's authentication flows. When an SMS OTP challenge is triggered through Authsignal's API or SDK, the message is delivered via MessageMedia's platform to your users.

Setup overview:

1. Log in to your MessageMedia account
2. Navigate to Settings > API Settings
3. Click Create new key under Basic Authentication to generate a new key
4. Provide a descriptive name and click Create Key
5. Copy your API Key and API Secret — the secret is only shown once, so save it somewhere secure
6. In the Authsignal Portal, select MessageMedia as your SMS provider
7. Enter your API Key, API Secret, and optionally a Source number/Sender ID
